Claus project managed the works from inception to completion, working closely with Knight Frank and their advisers to ensure that the completed works blended harmoniously with existing historic character of the building.
The works required complete remodelling and refurbishment of the interiors and exteriors. It required major structural works to connect two separate buildings. Specialist joinery and mill work were necessary. The building was re-plumbed and rewired. A high-speed ITC network and LED lighting were installed.
